SECTION II · WHY RUMAHWISE

Organised Records, Quieter Households

Education, Not Advice

All content is organisational education. Questions touching on rights, obligations, or wellbeing are referred to appropriately qualified professionals.

Small Groups by Design

Sessions run with ten to twelve participants so each person can ask questions without rushing. Private delivery is also available for families with particular circumstances.

Printed Materials Included

Participants leave with physical workbooks, templates, and checklists drawn from publicly published schedules — materials that stay useful long after the session ends.

Malaysian Context Throughout

Content draws on publicly available Malaysian administrative schedules, government renewal timelines, and local data protection requirements — not imported frameworks.

Steady Pace, No Pressure

The tone is unhurried. Participants are often managing change or taking on paperwork for the first time. The programmes are written for that reality.

Clear Scope, Honest Boundaries

A printed boundary entry in every programme names what Rumahwise covers and who we redirect to. Participants always know where the organisational work ends.

SECTION III · TAKE THE NEXT STEP

SECTION IV · FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common Questions

What exactly does "household records education" cover?
Rumahwise programmes cover the organisational side of paperwork: which documents to keep, where to store them, how to track renewal dates, and how to hand records to someone else if needed. We do not provide legal, financial, or personal advice. Questions about the content of documents — what they mean, what obligations they create — are redirected to appropriately qualified professionals.
Who typically joins the Guardianship & Care Records Course?
Most participants are grandparents who have taken on the day-to-day care of grandchildren, adult children managing a parent's administrative needs, or relatives sharing care responsibilities across households. The course is also suitable for anyone who has recently had to step into a care role without much preparation and wants a clear system for keeping records.
How is the Corporate Family Transition engagement structured?
The engagement runs four to seven months and begins with interviews across HR, line management, and staff representatives. We map the current-state process for leave, records, and notifications; rewrite relevant internal policies in plain English and Bahasa Malaysia (reviewed by the client's own qualified professionals); run four half-day training sessions for managers; and produce a closing operations report. The work is process design and communication — it excludes any regulated activity.
Are sessions available in Bahasa Malaysia?
The Administrative Year Planning Session and Guardianship & Care Records Course are currently delivered in English, with written materials also available in Bahasa Malaysia. The Corporate Family Transition engagement includes bilingual policy writing as a standard deliverable. Please mention your language preferences when you enquire.
What is the refund or cancellation arrangement?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least five working days before the session. We can transfer your enrolment to the next available intake. For the Corporate Family Transition engagement, the terms are set out in the engagement letter agreed at the start of the project.
Is there a private or one-to-one option for the planning session?
Yes. The Administrative Year Planning Session can be delivered privately for a single household or a small group of up to four people. Please mention this preference when you get in touch so we can discuss timing and fees.
